The problem with Blesta is that you really need to know PHP coding to some degree. I tried it for several months to get working, and had numerous problems, and every reply I got on the forums assumed I had some existing underlying understanding of how Blesta worked or that I was a PHP dev.
In the end it was just too much work trying to get it to do what I wanted, and the system was not very intuitive, most of the options and settings were somewhere obscure, it was quite clealry designed by a developer, who seems to be a one man band operation, so support is limited.
While WHMCS has its problems, and the support drive you insane sometimes, it does everything out of the box, is more intuitive, and you do not have to go fiddling with code to get things working. Plus all the addons and a whole support team who at least answer tickets quite quickly.

I will prefer Linux web Hosting as its cheapest and there is very less issues while host and no mentainance required. once you configure your hosting server it will be stick on that but in windows server there are some Dll issue some os problem some time database issue. and result is downtime in windows hosting. but in linux hosting downtime will be very less.

most of developer are using Linux Hosting only, as a developer I have experiance of Both servers.

in One line : for web hosting Linux hosting is the best.

I had a similar problem through my hosting provider but I thought cPanel is supposed to be the best. What happened? I found my provider from CloudWedge (http://www.cloudwedge.com/w... and almost the same thing happened to me when I tried to customize the cPanel.

Your port 443 rule is pointless. 443 port is SSL. Before "GET" command is sent, encrypted connection is esablished. Once it is encrypted, you will no longer see plain text string of "GET".
